It is not easy to know if your training investment is profitable for the organization. Usually, organizations ask workshop participants to fill out an evaluation form at the end of a training workshop. But if you want to find out whether the training you receive bears any long-term benefits, or if it allows for the integration of the professional behaviors that you want to see in your organization, then evaluation must be an essential dimension to your training programs.
At EKIP, we provide you with participant’s evaluation forms, produce training reports including the instructor’s feedback and comments and develop other evaluation tools highlighting the impact and integration of training programs. This last component, which takes place a few months after the training, measures if and to what degree participants demonstrate the competencies learned in their work environment.
