Francine Provost



Francine Provost’s passion is learning, and she shares her passion with her clients. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration, is trained as a group and teleseminar facilitator, and is a certified Birkman consultant.

For most of her career, Francine has worked as a team leader or as a team member. Through her experience, she has come to believe in people’s strengths and wishes to help them to develop their skills. Francine herself uses training, reading and research as her favorite methods to develop her own skills and knowledge. Over the past 12 years as an instructor, she has facilitated training workshops in the following areas:

  • Computerized management systems
  • Soft Skills (Interpersonal Communication, Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Time Management, Performance Management)
  • Facilitation of Meetings
  • Distance Training - teleseminars (Interpersonal Communications, Client Service Management)

Francine has a team of competent partners who are as passionate as she is about her clients’ team success.

Francine Provost is a member of CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional Speakers), le Réseau des femmes d’affaires et professionnelles de l’Outaouais (RÉFAP), Toastmasters clubs: Le Parolier and Club Avancé Synergie. In February 2007, she was awarded the title of 2007 Self-Employed Entrepreneur of the Year by le REFAP.

Danielle Guérin

VADG
Virtual administrative support services


Danielle created her enterprise,
VADG, in November 2002. She provides administrative support services to coaches, consultants, self-employed entrepreneurs and to leaders of small- and medium-size organizations.

Danielle provides support to EKIP Training and Consulting in the management of the registration process for training workshops, and provides a variety of other administrative tasks to help Francine develop her business. Danielle always seeks excellence and efficiency; for her, the solution is always at her fingertips.

In 2006, Danielle was honored by Le Réseau des femmes d’affaires et professionnelles de l’Outaouais (a network of business women in the Outaouais region) for the rapid progression of her enterprise and her sense of innovation; she won the title of 2006 Self-Employed Entrepreneur of the Year.

Margaret Caines

Senior Training Consultant
Norrbon Communications


Margaret Caines, M.Ed. is a communications consultant and adult educator with clients in the public service and in private industry. She has designed and delivered a variety of training programs for classroom use, and has established a track record in the design and delivery of independent learning programs, both paper-based and web-based. Over the past 17 years as a private consultant, Ms Caines has built a solid reputation with government departments and agencies, including the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT), Correctional Services Canada, Environment Canada, Canada Post Corporation, the Department of National Defence, and the Office of the Auditor General, to name a few.

Margaret has been successful in designing and delivering learning programs on the following topics for clients in public and private industry: Career Change, Business Writing Skills, Presentation Skills, Communications Skills, Client Service Skills and Train the Trainer.

She is a seasoned facilitator, and as such, has planned and facilitated workshops in strategic planning for the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association’s annual meetings, for conferences for large audiences to introduce change in banking procedures for the Bank of Montreal Institute for Learning and for storyboarding sessions with the Office of the Auditor General.

Lucie Chartrand

Lucie Chartrand

LUCIE CHARTRAND is a bilingual facilitator, with a background in interpersonal and written communications, career management, change and transition management, training, coaching and conflict resolution.

Lucie has administered and interpreted organizational diagnostic surveys, facilitated focus group discussions and team-building sessions to identify opportunities for problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution, goal and priority setting.

Lucie has extensive experience in providing individual and group career coaching. She has designed and conducted seminars in all aspects of career management, outplacement counselling, change management and a variety of other topics related to communications and management development.

She also has experience in assessing management abilities and coaching individuals in becoming aware of how their philosophy and style affect their success as managers, giving them insights to improve performance.

Lucie is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and she is certified to work with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Steps I & II) and the Strength Development Inventory. She focuses on the development of individual strengths with an emphasis on how to apply learning in one’s professional and personal life.

Wanda Jamieson, M.A.

JHG Consulting

Ms. Jamieson has over 20 years of experience in consulting to public and NGO sectors on issues of concern to Canadians from many walks of life. Ms. Jamieson is an experienced analyst, facilitator and program evaluator. She specializes in horizontal issues that cut across traditional boundaries of organizations, sectors and disciplines in the fields of social development, justice and health. Her considerable expertise in working with federal and provincial and territorial players and non-governmental stakeholders in strategic planning, program and project development, performance measurement and evaluation is a particular asset for EKIP.
